IELTS Promotion for Australia Work and Holiday Visa Preparation: Save up to Rp500,000 on Tests up to 15 October 2026
British Council Foundation Indonesia offers an IELTS test-fee reduction of up to Rp500,000 for tests 1 September–15 October 2026.[1] Verify official requirements.
Codes and test format
Use GOWHVBC500 for a weekday test (Monday–Friday) to receive a Rp500,000 reduction.[1] For a weekend test (Saturday–Sunday), use GOWHVBC400 for a Rp400,000 reduction.[1] The British Council says the reduction is applied automatically once the code is entered during registration.[1]
The promotion covers IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training in the IELTS on Computer format.[1] Do not select a module for the promotion alone. Check requirements directly with your university, scholarship or relevant authority. Academic is commonly used for study; General Training may be needed for non-academic purposes.
Locations, dates and exclusion
Available in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Makassar, Medan and Yogyakarta.[1] Weekend promo excludes South Jakarta – Office 8.[1] Check location, seats, test day, module and format.
Eligibility depends on the test date. Schedule your test within 1 September–15 October 2026.[1] If the reduction does not appear in your registration summary, reread the official terms before proceeding.
Preparation still matters
The British Council states that test takers who book IELTS with it receive free IELTS Ready Premium access, including practice tests and skills materials.[1] They can support preparation but do not guarantee a score.
IELTS can play a part in Australia WHV applications.[1] Visa criteria and accepted scores can change, so confirm them with the current Australian immigration source. Save a booking summary showing the test date, location, module, format, promotion code and payment.
