Istituto Marangoni Winter 2027 Scholarship: Tuition-Fee Support for Fashion and Design Study

Thinking about fashion, design, art, beauty, or luxury business study in creative cities such as Milano, Paris, London, or Dubai? Istituto Marangoni has launched a scholarship for the Winter 2027 intake for eligible undergraduate and postgraduate applicants.[1]

Scholarship value and eligible schools

This is a tuition-fee deduction, not a full waiver of study costs. The enrolment fee remains payable.[1][2]

  • Up to a €5,000 tuition-fee deduction for European schools in Milano, Firenze, and Paris.[1][2]
  • Up to a £5,000 tuition-fee deduction for the London School.[1][2]
  • Up to an AED20,000 tuition-fee deduction for long courses in Dubai, and up to AED5,000 for Dubai professional courses.[1][2]

The Winter 2027 campaign names Milano, Firenze, Paris, London, and Dubai. It does not name the Shanghai Training Centre, so it should not be treated as a Shanghai scholarship; prospective Shanghai students should ask the school directly about available funding.[1][2]

Who can consider this opportunity?

The regulation covers undergraduate routes including Foundation, One Year Intensive, Undergraduate Progression, Three-Year, and BA (Hons) courses, plus postgraduate Master’s Degrees and Master’s Courses. Professional courses are listed only for Dubai.[2]

For three-year undergraduate, BA (Hons), and progression programmes, the awarded deduction applies only to the first year of the three-year study period.[2] The Scholarship Committee selects recipients from the materials submitted, and all accompanying texts and documents must be in English.[2]

Treat the application as a creative project

Each candidate may submit one application for one designated school, and applications are assessed on a rolling basis.[2] Creative undergraduate applicants may be asked for six original creative ideas, such as sketches, photographs, mood boards, or collages that communicate their inspiration and intended area of study.[2]

For creative postgraduate courses, a 10–12-piece portfolio may be required. It should demonstrate creative and technical capability, with a short explanation of your personal contribution to each project.[2]

1. Choose the school and programme that genuinely match your career direction.

2. Build an original, clearly presented portfolio or set of creative ideas relevant to that programme.

3. Prepare your personal statement, academic records, passport, and other documents required under the current regulation.[2]

Deadline and what to reconfirm

Winter 2027 candidates must upload their materials and finalise the application by 30 November 2026, according to the currently published regulation.[1][2] With rolling assessment, preparing earlier gives you more time to check every document carefully.
