    1. How do I find items to buy?

      Browse the current offerings by clicking RIM On Demand™ in the menu bar at the top of the page and selecting sessions by year or by theme in the drop-down menu.

    2. How do I purchase items?

      Click the Add to Cart button under an item description. View the contents of your shopping cart anytime by clicking on View Cart at the top of any page or any Checkout button. Click the Remove Item icon ( Remove From Cart) to delete an item from your shopping cart or Next to complete your purchase.

    3. How do I checkout?

      Click on any Checkout button or the View Cart link to review your purchases. When you're ready, click Next. Existing users can enter their username and password to continue. New users click the Continue button under Create New Account. Simply complete the form to create an account and complete the transaction.

    4. Can I purchase by mail, phone, fax or purchase order?

      Individual RIM On Demand™ sessions must be purchased on-line.

      To order by phone, call 1-800-200-7667.

      To order RIM On Demand™ by mail, fax or purchase order, print this order form and follow the printed instructions.

  2. Updating Account Details

    1. How do I access my account?

      Click on Log In at the top of any page. Enter your log in name and password to access your account.

    2. How do I change my password?

      Click on the Change password button. Enter a new password in the text boxes. Click Save.

  3. RIM On Demand™ Videos

    1. How do I watch a video?

      Log into your account to watch RIM On Demand™ videos. Upon log in you will automatically access videos that you have purchased. Click on the Session Title. The video will begin automatically. You will need speakers or headphones to hear the audio.

    2. How do I navigate through a video?

      You can easily navigate to any point in the video by clicking on the slide numbers under the Session Title or by moving the slider bar under the video screen.

    3. How do I access related content?

      Click on View Related to see a list of related material. Click on the name of the related material link to open the file.

    4. How many times can I watch a video with my subscription?

      Your subscription provides unlimited access to RIM On Demand™ videos for a period of one year.

  4. Educational Credits

    1. How do I qualify to receive Educational Credits such from organizations such as ICRM or AHIMA?

      Click Yes to receive credits from the appropriate organization when you complete the order form. Your educational credit notification will be delivered by email to the address listed in your account upon successful completion of each RIM On Demand™ session.

    2. How many educational credit hours do I receive with RIM On Demand™?

      Each RIM On Demand™ session is equal to one credit hour.

    3. How do I submit my RIM On Demand™ credits?

      Instructions on how to submit your credit hours to the appropriate organization will be provided in the email notification you automatically receive after viewing each RIM On Demand™ session.

  5. Sharing RIM On Demand™

    1. How can I share RIM On Demand™ Sessions with colleagues?

      The RIM On Demand™ purchaser will receive a user-id and password that provides unlimited access to the purchased session(s) for a year from the date of purchase. This user-id is intended for the sole use of the purchaser and is not to be shared with others. However, Cohasset Associates, Inc strongly encourages sharing the conference series with business associates through live and virtual meetings. We simply ask that the purchaser be present to sign-in to gain access to the purchased session(s).

    2. Are there special arrangements for educators?

      Due to the large number of virtual higher education classroom settings, we allow college and university professors to buy a subscription for themselves and another to be shared among all of their students. In-house corporate educational arrangements are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

    1. What if I experience technical difficulties?
